Pretty damn good for my first P-bandai kit (I almost made this say first MG kit lol)

Pretty damn good for my first P-bandai kit (I almost made this say first MG kit lol) | Just finished the MG altron Gundam!
Here are my thoughts on it; This is a kit that I'm honestly surprised I was able to get my hands on. It may be a bit of an older kit (2015) but it's still a pretty damn good master grade. Quick warning though, it's a hundred bucks at the time of making this, and because it's a premium bandai kit it will likely be even more as time goes on. (w o r t h i t); For looks, this is the second time I've built a green Gundam and it turned out absolutely AWESOME. The main modifications I made were panel-lining and a bit of silver and gold Gundam marker. At first this was just to replace the silver and gold stickers on the head, but eventually I saw a few parts on the lower body that needed it. I'll put those in comments. For articulation the only parts I found inconvenient while making this review were the arms, for obvious reasons, and the hips. The hip joints themselves weren't the problem, the hip ARMOR was. The top parts of the front and side hip armor have a bad habit of falling off, so I'm considering gluing them. They don't CONSTANTLY fall off, but it is frustrating when it happens. For weapons the first ones are the dragon heads/fangs. These effect arm articulation a bit but really help make this thing more unique. The only difficult part of building these was the yellow claws because of how the parts go together. The kit comes with two stands to display them mid "flight" but there is another connection point that lets you use an action base, so I recommend that if you have one. I believe it's compatible with all action bases; In case you're wondering, this is how far it can go without taking pieces from the other side. As for the other weapon, the twin bladed trident, it only has one issue. And it isn't even with the weapon itself. It's with the adapter that lets it attach to the back. At first it was pretty good but after it fell off once it just kept getting worse and worse. An adapter that ISN'T loose is the action base adapter! This thing is one of the better ones I've seen. It holds on VERY well, and it's compatible with action bases 4 and 5; Another disappointing aspect of this is the stickers. I understand the metallic ones and the eye stickers, but did they need EIGHT black ones for the dragon fangs? They could've added one part to each one to completely avoid these. This is the type of thing I'd expect from a high grade, but NEVER a master grade. I replaced these by panel-lining. Although there are a few things that MG kits have clearly improved on over the years, I still think this is pretty good for my first P-bandai kit. 8.9/10 | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
