3rd Covert Contract:; "If I do everything right, I will have a safe & problem-free life."
Outcome: "I will never-ever have to feel the terrible existential fear, guilt, shame and face the possibility that "I'm not okay the way I am" might actually be true."; Emasculated Men believe EVERYONE should know these rules and EVERYONE should behave according to them. So they behave that way and when the world doesn't return the favor - they're pissed off, frustrated & disappointed.
But since speaking out and going into confrontation, conflict, tension is unacceptable (3rd covert contract), they'll pile it all up in their subconscious and in their body until they explode. Then they'll beat themselves up, believing they didn't try hard enough and start over. Maros Cincura
