My memes aren't even that popular anyways. Typically I get no comments on my memes, and honestly it's one in a million that I get a comment that actually talks about the meme itself. I've made some of the most cringe memes on the platform when I started out here almost 2 years ago, but I never, ever, resorted to saying "first". If you want some genuine appreciation from the creator of the meme, talk like a normal person. In real life, when someone starts a conversation, nobody shouts they were the first to insert themselves into the conversation. They contribute to the conversation by talking about how it might relate to their life in some way. Again, if you want to be noticed by the creators of the meme, talk like you would in real life. Contribute to the conversation normally. Don't act like an annoying prick by gloating you were the first to insert yourself into the conversation.
