Telling kids that their gender-play makes them something else just bc YOU decide that boys and girls have to act a certain way

I'm getting it from clinical gender therapists themselves. It's part of the analysis process. Theoretically the boy is supposed to decide for himself in the end, but the guidance directs itself in that manner. They'll not say "you're a girl", but they'll suspect it... until the kid shows interest in male oriented toys as well - then they're sure it's a non-binary kid

The claim is what they believe. If all about you seems girlish, the theory is that you're definitely a girl. Ppl like being literal when a joke is not of their taste
