Of course, you're applauding an outrageous fine to prevent someone from their Constitutional right to appeal a bogus court decision... Not surprised Larry... and you call yourself American... shame on you.

The amount of the fine is based on a formula in place long before the Tangerine Traitor lost his court case. He broke the law, and like millions of people before him, he has to pay the fine. He chose to play with large sums of other peoples' money, making his fine large, also. Here's an idea. He should stop breaking the law.

He got caught breaking the law. He hired expensive lawyers to defend him in court and lost. He wants to file an appeal and has to post a bond equal to his fine to do so. That was the system before he got caught and it was not changed for him. That looks like justice to me. As they say, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."

What law? It was purely a political prosecution.
He wasn’t convicted of rape.
He wasn’t convicted of theft.
He didn’t do any of the things the political prosecutors claim he did.
If the trials weren’t held in liberal enclaves, there would be no trials.
Why does NYC have jurisdiction over loans originating in Florida and involving Florida real estate?
Why does a NY judge get to set an arbitrary value in a parcel of real estate in Florida?
The banks that loaned him the money didn’t balk at the valuation and they were repaid in full with interest.
An honest person would see that this was and continues to be a purely political prosecution.
