Most of what we ingest and get rid of, in one way or another contain toxins. Food, water, air for the body. See? Hear? Emotions? These can also deposit toxins. Lies, anger, hate, bad ideas; these are also toxic. It has been said that hating someone has negative effects on our bodies. It's like drinking a slow acting poison and waiting for the other person to die.
