Completely forgot I'd made this one 4 years ago, this biological male identifies as a female snakekin, aka transgender transspecies.

He had his tongue surgically split, and all his teeth removed except for his canines (aka fangs), among other surgical procedures to "transition" (like horn implants, to imply a closer relation to dragons).

Then there's the story of the teacher who got in trouble with the school board for not allowing her student to identify as a cat in class.

There's also the story about the 52 year old man who abandoned his family (wife and 7 kids) to identify and live as a 6 year old girl, being raised by the lesbian couple who "adopted" him. He now goes by the name Stefonknee Wolscht.
