So, as I understand it, an atheist doesn't believe in God, nor any gods. Let me ask you. If you discovered that God, as talked about in the Bible was true, would you believe in and follow Him?

Well that's awesome! I've read of people that have experienced Him almost exactly that way. Some have been immediately delivered from, set free, from addictions. There have been news articles of millions of those in the Muslim community that have turned to Jesus and Christianity due to their experience with Jesus. So now I know what I can pray specifically for you. If we were all starving, and I knew where everyone could find food, I would absolutely tell others. I don't deserve the mercy and the grace freely offered to me by God. Since He does it anyway, I'm just here telling others of a path that will save them. Thank you for letting me know how I can pray for you.

By the same argument, there is no proof that the immense amount of information within the simplest DNA could code itself. Most scientists today believe that the universe had a beginning. And that it had to happen all at once. After all, of you had matter and energy, where would you put it? So, if space, matter, and energy come into existence, the 'cause' can't be within the universe that just came into being. Matter can't create itself. It is reasonable, notice I didn't say proof, to say that the 'cause' existing outside our universe can be explained as an all knowing, all powerful being, exactly like God. The universe is very finely tuned. Change gravity, either more or less than it is right now, nothing exists.

but while yes its plausable scientists believe there was a big bang that started it all. before there was universe, there was likely atoms before so. if God created the universe, how did he start his existance? if there was no matter in the begining then how did he pop up?

It's true that anything that has a beginning, must have a cause. God doesn't have a beginning, or an end. He is the uncaused cause that must preface everything else. "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." Space, matter, time. There couldn't have been a universe, nor an atom. The law of the conservation of mass states that matter is neither created nor destroyed in the natural order. It stands to reason that it must have been a super natural event.
