Nope. He was not. He was found liable for defaming the bitch that can’t remember where or when Trump “raped” her. He basically called her a liar. Was not convicted of any sexual crime or any other crime.

The prosecutor failed to get a conviction for rape. If he had succeeded, the New York courts would most definitely have given him a prison sentence.
