How could I be got a notification list 5 pages long from jiggly fly spam commenting in it.

I had to block him for the same reason, cramming my notifs to the beyond, not that any of them actually wanted a response.

Oh fr? What’s your record with ticking him off comment spam wise?

Wasn't THAT many, well maybe because I blocked him soon enough, as he kept on.
This was last week or maybe the one before, I don't even recall the subject or what he posted, it was just a whole lot of cussing on full caps with little relation to the subject at hand.
I flagged a couple, and that was that.

I used to not flag, but then I found out while we were taking it on the chin and moving on, they were flagging away en masse. They even message each other to do it, here or on Gab, or they follow each other's comments. The end result, beyond timers, is what happened to Dynarideordie's previous account, or MiniAppleIs - or worse, with some accounts even deleted.

I don’t flag unless it gets egregious but I will start flagging if they keep accusing me of being an alt farm.

It was funny at first but now I’m concerned that they actually believe it and mite try to rally around it to do what happened to apple I too.

Unfortunately it's the only way to balance things out.
Mini was against flagging as well, and look at the result. Banned from commenting, while those who posted far worse comments to harangue Mini and on a fairly regular basis seemingly mysteriously get away with it. Well they're getting away with it because it's not getting reported. Add that to a bias, and you do the math.

There's even what I call "The Murray Setup," in which at least two users would prod and prod until I finally bit and smacked back. Suddenly their replies went silent after having been within 5-10 minutes prior. Within a half hour, I got 48. THEN they resumed with the comments.

Now when they pause, I know it's time to delete that last comment. Bingo bango, I now rarely get timers. Well, that, and me covering my trail, as you can see with my comment history.

As for the alt thing, no biggie, don't you know everyone here who is not a Trumper is me? They've been saying it for years.... either they're all me, or split between me and Octavia Melody. Because the whole world just loves Trump, don'tchaknow?
