So let's say haki is cursed energy here, since it would only make powerscaling fair, so Toji would have low chances of winning against logia fruits, since I heard he has none. Luffy would destroy BASE Sukuna, and would need Gear 4th for Sukuna's 2nd form, and Gear 5th for his 3rd form. Zoro could hold his own against Gojo, and Sanji could against Toji. One Piece wins.
