You can give your sims pronouns now in Sims Freeplay. The options are she/her, he/him, they/them, or you can customize. It might not seem like much, but the sims series is a pretty popular mainstream game series and it's nice that they are continuing to acknowledge the importance of both having/using pronouns in everyday life and the acceptance of pronouns beyond the binary standard.
I say continuing because the sims 4 added pronouns to their game in 2022.
So in a way, it's a small victory for the lgbtq+.
