POV: your oc is walking through the alleyway of an Inkversian apartment and they see a box (WARNING: VERY SAD RP)

*Traveler teleported to an inkversian planet because he heard rumors of an anonymous object that he wished to study*

Traveler: *walks down the alley* A box? Seems like something's moving inside

*The box had a note on it that read the following*
“Worthless piece of shit here”

Traveler: Huh? *He tries to pick it up*

*He feels something heavy in the box and he hears the thing in the box squealing out for its previous owner*

*he opens the box, if there is a way to open it*

UO: What? Çfarë lloj kafshe të sëmurë e hedh kafshën e tyre këtu në shi?

*The creature cries out for its owner but the owner is nowhere to be seen*

*UO looks around before picking the creature up.*
UO: Duket sikur e njëjta histori kalon...

*UO can see the creature visibly crying*

*UO tries to comfort the creature.*
UO: Ka gjithmonë një person për të pastruar gotën e thyer të një tjetri, unë do të pastroj rrëmujën.

*The creature looks at UO and lets out a squeak of sadness*

*UO pets the creature.*
UO: This shouldn't be so hard, Reddit Cam had a fox of his own, so this thing should be easy to care for.

*The creature lets out more squeaks of depression and it sounds like the creature may have been abused*

UO: The nerves of some people, no matter, their reckoning shall soon surface as wood surfaces in the ocean.
*UO looks around before walking away.*

*The creature cries out louder and more depressingly*

*UO takes out some food that he had in his backpack and gives it to the creature.*

X: hey there little guy

*Ultradude drunkenly stumbles into the alleyway*

IP: *walking down the street with an umbrella*

*IP suddenly hears a sound, this sound sounded like a creature crying out for its previous owner*

IP: huh? *walks towards the sound*

*The sound gets more and more depressive as she gets closer*

IP: I wonder what's making that sound… *looking for the source*

*The source of the sound came from the box… with a drenched note on it which said the following*
“Worthless piece of shit inside”

IP: *puts her umbrella over the box and opens it*

*IP sees the crying creature calling out to its previous owner*

IP: oh… oh you poor thing…

*The creature cries out louder but it’s owner didn’t come*

IP: *hands it a burrito she was gonna eat later*

*The creature looks at IP and it bites the burrito*

IP: there you go…

*The creature eats the burrito and then squeaks happily*

IP: :>

*The creature mouths IP’s hand as a sign of happiness*

IP: awww *tries to pet it*

*The creature allows IP to do so*

IP: awww you're cute

*The creature happily “purrs” with IP petting it*

IP: I kinda want to bring it home…

*Switch is currently babysitting Tide. Tide was the first one to spot it.*

Tide: "Switch, look!"

Switch: "Huh? What is it,Tide?"

Tide: "A box!"

Switch: "Oh, I see i-"

*Before Switch can finish her sentance, Tide runs to the box, getting a bit soaked in the process.*

*The creature curls up in a ball and it looks like it’s accepting it’s fate of death*

Tide: "H-Hold on... I have an idea!"

*Tide reaches into the box and tries to pick it up, Switch just sips her tea while holding an umbrella*

*The creature looks at Tide and it squeaks confusingly*

Tide: "Y-you don't have to stay out here in the rain, little guy! I'll take care of you!"

*The creature looks at Tide with its 6 eyes with some sort of affection*

*Tide stares back, smiling*

*The creature suddenly floats out of Tide’s hand*

Tide: "H-Huh?!"

*It spins around Tide happily*

*Tide laughs a bit*

*Suddenly the Creature goes back into Tide’s hand as it hears a familiar set of footsteps*

Tide: "..?"

*The Box has a drenched paper on it with the paper saying*
“Unwanted piece of shit here”

*Tide reads it curiously, and Switch catches up to her*

Switch: "God dangit Tide, that's the fourth time you've run off to-"

Tide: "Switch, look at what the paper says!"

*Switch reads it, and she starts to feel a bit sad.*

Switch: "Aww... I bet whatever is in the box wasn't worth abandoning..."

*they suddenly hear a creature in the box squeal out as if it was calling for its previous owner*

Switch: "W-what was that?"

*Tide bravely opens the box (if it wasn't open already, lol)*

*They see a crying pet in the box… however this pet wasn’t a normal pet and looks like Opabinia*

Switch: "Oh my god! The poor thing..."

Tide: "Woah... it looks kind of cute!"

*Tide stares at the creature, fascinated but feels sorry for it.*

*The creature suddenly sees Switch and Tide but doesn’t move as it seems like it’s starting to learn its helplessness*

Tide: "H-hey! Its ok, we won't hurt you!"

*The creature’s stomach rumbles*

Tide: "Oh uh, are you hungy..?"
