So this just happened to me. I woke up at 3am... Have been up for 1.5 hours.
It wasn't because someone was watching me though. It was about 1.75 lbs of crap that needed to eject itself from my anus. Since then - my stomach has hurt and now I'm up really early and have to wait for everything to start up for the day while watching cringe YouTube stuff.
