And now we come to the modern day Jan 6th when conservatives attacked our capital over claims the election was stolen from a candidate who has NEVER won the popular vote. When these same people never voiced their outrage over the subversion of our elections when bush stole the election from Gore through the court system but Gore conceded to preserve civility.(biggest mistake of his life.)

You claim that the system prevents insurrection when people’s voices are heard. Their voices were heard when they voted and LOST.
They raided the capital because a sore loser told them that it was stolen despite zero evidence and 0out of 60 court cases spearheaded by said loser failed to prove election fraud.

A few people rioted because they thought the elections were stolen with little evidence. Think about it. What if there was clear evidence? Trump not being on the ballot would be clear evidence. So what do you think would happen? Just study the history of South and Central America, Africa, and Asia. It happens all the time with the same results. Protect the country, not the party. Support the rule of law and the constitution. Neither Trump nor Biden is as important.
