Times Of Heroes - Chapter 2: Awareness

Plot: A wolf, working for the FBI, notices the faces of Jackson Alexander, David Montreal, and Brett Alexander Park as they're using their powers in a playful way, and being naturally concerned, orders a small squad to investigate. A batch of police officers arrive on scene, and are visibly shocked.
Officer 1: Hey, what are you doing with these...powers?
David: We're just playing around, no idea how we got them!
Officer 2(to 1): You think we can trust 'em?
Officer 1(to 2): I mean, they are just kids.
(batim may continue in comments)

The officers tell the three kids that to just be careful. then a officer hears on his radio "We got somebody trying to steal a computer. suspect appears to be unarmed and has no weapons, no weapons needed. he appears to be sneaking out the store and he triggered the emergency exit." and the officer tells the kids "Hey, since you got those powers. do you wanna do your first mission? help us stop a theif? and the kids assist the police just to be good kids. they get to the store and there's a guy wearing a bandana and baseball cap, the player must slowly follow him to where he's going. they make it slowly to a alley and they see the Thief and what they see with him. shocked them. he was stealing the PC to give it as a gift to a friend of his. the police approach him and try to reason with him and understand he's a man trying to survive in this world. but the suspect grabs the officers gun(a Glock 17) and shoots him in the foot(he still lives after getting medical attention from the one hero), this is your first combat scene. the player must disarm the Theif by grabbing him and spinning him. after that. three more gang members of a gang called "The Greenhorns" who are dressed in causal clothes but with green hats and gloves. they are armed and will attack the player. one of the heroes goes and trys to find some Civvies to assist in the fire fight. but by the time the Civvies arrive along with the one hero. the situation is taken care of. all the crooks are knocked out and are disarmed. the officer who was wounded is helped up by the other officer and they put the crooks in the car and thank the three for assisting, only thing left is to return the computer back to the store.

From the shadows in the ending scene of Chapter 2, a faint red glow can be seen, with no one paying attention to it. That red glow is a wolf cyborg(not the FBI wolf), who was prophesized to destroy the City Of Toons. No one knows this, not yet.
