Yet again, we can see the wisdom of the great men who founded this country, in having created a high court which uses (or should use) the Constitution as their guide.
Their attempt were merely Political Harassment. They knew it were unconstitutional but they try to see if they can get away with it while distracting attention from their crimes. They should be held accountable for these crimes and then stand scrutiny for their other crimes.
As noted by a guy smarter than me, in the last few years, the democrats have utterly abandoned constitutionality in everything they've done, and everything they've tried to do.
