In Turkiye, you're given a chance to enter a exam if your family's income is below a limit. If you score good enough(i scored 497/500 LOL) the government gives you a certain amount of money every month -except summer- for 4 years

2. I recommend going to Canada if your ok with cold temperature
If you go to the US you'll have huge portion sizes weird measurements and horrible politics. Obviously everywhere he goes going to have bad qualities, but honestly I plan to move to Canada when I can. The US has benefits too, and you might genuinely like it better, but uh- imo don't move here

Alright thank you for your opinion :D im currently in 9th grade and the people responsible with the Education system just changed EVERYTHING. the old ones still apply to us but they wont teach trigonometry anymore after us
