I mean, obviously underage Coloradians can't vote. Illegal immigrants aren't supposed to vote - whether they do or don't... The dead can't vote (but manage to some how).

Then I guess you could lump "people who are unable to by way of personal opinion" into "can't vote for Trump" too.
