Fired Covid Nurse Goes Public, Exposes Mass Vaccine Deaths

Gail Macrae, a California intensive care unit (ICU) nurse, is speaking out to raise the alarm that the public is being misled about the injections and the true number of Covid patients.

After the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, Macrae witnessed a dramatic spike in hospitalizations and deaths.
She says patients were suffering from side effects she had never seen before.
Meanwhile, proven and recommended treatments were banned and record-keeping systems were manipulated to obfuscate vaccine-related injuries and breakthrough infection cases, she said.
She revealed that hospital officials ordered staff to cover up vaccinate-related deaths, often by listing fully-vaccinated dead patients as “unvaccinated” and marking the cause as “Covid.”
Hospital staff faced threats for reporting adverse events and deaths related to the vaccines, Macrae revealed.

As someone on anti viral medicine daily…it just makes you thirstier as far as day to day but can have a long term effect on kidneys…not as bad as the viruses they fight.

She also seems to think think the vaccine caused Covid outbreaks? Which I don’t need to explain how that DOESNT work.

Given her supposed outbreaks occurred during peaks of Covid spikes and the patients that died were typically unvaccinated. The protocols were in place to prevent outbreaks but it matches with other nurses stories who felt terrible telling families they couldn’t be with loved ones as they died to prevent more infections.

Quarantine protocols are necessary but are a bitch.

In regards to that article the patient had a condition called: /orthostatic-intolerance

Which given the sensitive nature of the condition certain vaccines arnt recommended because the condition can be a result from an undiagnosed auto immune disorder as stated in the article.

If I am lying bleeding out (possibly survivable if I get to an er.) in the street from a severe cut and someone walks by and shoots me to put me out of my misery…was it the bleed that killed me…or the bullet.
