I've been to therapy before too.

Never the f**k again, all respect due.

All they do is force you to talk about everything that has ever happened I your life and then tell everything to the people who own you. And then they force you to try to make amends with those people, and tell you to be the bigger person despite being many decades younger and a literal child.

Or they say you're dramatic.
Or say that it's your fault for the shit your owners do.
And always try to tear down any good relationships you may have.

Ya honestly

I just learned to use my negative emotions as fuel to help me do positive things. It's surprisingly effective.

Therapy for me is to check in on my progress and make sure I'm on the right track.
