I never said that they were super easy, I said that nothing that is as dangerous as a gun is as easy to get as a gun. Which is true.

in 2023, 19000 homicides committed by gun happened in the US. 6000 of those were under 18.

in 2023, 27 people died to guns in japan, a country with strict gun laws. (I did not find any stats excluding suicides.)

There not being that many people who died to guns, does not mean that we should just let the deaths continue. Those were 19000 people with families that had a members life ended early by a gun, 6000 families whose children died before they were even 18 because of guns. And you only care about your gun. You care more about your right to own a firearm, that making sure more families don't go through that.

That number includes suicides. Japan's suicides are double ours.

90 g of actual homicides happen in cities. Take away the Democrat cities with the strictest gun laws and the US is #192 in gun deaths.

Inner city gang violence and drug trade related incidents account for the vast majority of those deaths.

First of all, the number I provided did not include suicides.

Second of all, the reason I did not exclude everything you listed is because I couldn't find a stat excluding it. But the thing is that it shouldn't matter. The only stat that should matter here is that people have died, and are dying. No amount of "But mah gun" should be an excuse to not strictly regulate a weapon that has caused the death of so many people. 1600 people who weren't even 18 died to guns in 2023 and you want to use "oh that isn't that much" as a reason that we should just let the deaths continue.
