Heck, going by the books and for all intents and purposes he also wanted to screw his granddaughter(Jessica, Paul's mother). The Baron is worse than a hedonist and a total hate sink.

You know those nasty storm troopers(Sardurkar or something like that) of the Emperor's who will burn down a village full of kids, puppies, and toddlers on the Emperor's orders. . .guess which way that army swing.
