Me and my friend had a simmilar idea, so here's the list of effects, we could think of:
- You can cast a counterspell without expending a spell slot, but the spell hits both the opponent that cast the spell AND you
- Your Str. and Int. stats swap for 1 hour
- A random object falls from the sky into a 4.5m radius around you
- Every spell cast in the next 1d4 - 1 round has to use the chart for wild magic
- You grow/shrink (1d20 - 10) * 0,2 m for 1 hour
- Roll a d20. If you roll over 7, your charisma stat becomes 20 for 1 hour. If you fail the dc, yor charisma gets lowered to 2.
- You are invincible for the rest of the fight as long as you hold a potato in both of your hands
- You are invincible for 1 minute, but take 110% of the damage that you should have taken in that minute
- You grow 50cm and your strength stat increases by 2 for 10 minutes or until you take damage
- You and an opponent (chosen by the DM) switch places
- You turn into a random creature/object for 1d4 rounds
- All magic attacks do double damage for 1 round (yours and your opponent's)
- You float 10cm above the ground for 1d10 minutes. You can't touch the ground, so you can't move by walking or running, but you don't have friction either.
- Throw a d20 with a DC of 13. If you succeed, you summon a sword that does 1d12 damage. If you fail, you become the sword.
- A randomly selected monster from the Monster Manual appears for 3 rounds
