An extreme, costly and self-destructive act of protest like his is most useful for it's shocking and un- ignorable nature. You can tell how hard the Empire's apologists are freaking-out about it, by their instant attempts to denigrate and marginalize him. Apparently, following orders to incinerate innocent children, women and men in Gaza, by the tens and hundreds of thousands is "sane". But incinerating yourself in protest, and in order to refuse your unlawful orders is "mentally ill". 🤦
