Herbert Roy Jordan, left Australia in early 1915 and at age 16, went ashore at Gallipoli, served in Europe for the next 3 years and returned an old man in mid 1919. Yarra Man; He was lucky and was one of hundreds of thousands that survived, many of his mates never returned. Feel the need to acknowledge someone before you have a meeting or event?
