The utilization of the "Requiem" theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey in the HALO Jump scene and the trailers...oh my god. I remember back in 6th grade, when my Godzilla obsession was just beginning, I watched those trailers over and over again. Still gives me the chills to this day.
