Increase salary would be the best option (and i don't even care about money at the moment) but for a person who works, this option would be very important and it will also increase his desire to work

Interestingly salary alone isn't enough to make a job satisfying. Too little money can make people unsatisfied, but more money ends up being neutral. In business they call employee salary a dissatisfier, because at best it is neutral. For a job to be truly satisfying it needs to have meaning beyond the money. That being said, I'd gladly settle for simply not being dissatisfied. And I'd relish the opportunity to prove that a $10 million per year salary would make me satisfied with my job...for exactly 1 year. Then I'd be satisfied with retirement!

Most people believe money will make them happy. It's a trap. Money is a tool--a means to an end, not an end unto itself. Once you have your basic needs met, money contributes nothing to lasting happiness. Although it does open up a number of opportunities for things that could bring happiness. Travel for example. Many experiences are very enriching but require money. But just having money and trying to derive happiness from that--that mentality is a disease.
