Hi. I don't really know a good way to introduce this 😭, but I have a thing to yap about, criticize if you will. It seems you have post and comment banned PKMN for posting the first four letters of a certain word. Nowhere in https://imgflip.com/terms or the rules of MSmg does it say that censored slurs or derivatives of slurs are not allowed. I understand that 4 letters might be a bit much of the word, but it doesn't make as much sense for 3 or 2 letters resulting in a 24 hour post and comment ban. Banning people for saying slurs is common sense, but a permaban for a one time thing seems a bit much. Take Emosnake for example. He was a cool user, but you permabanned him for saying the n wodr one time (To my knowledge at least). Tldr: censored or incomplete slurs as well as one time things should not be as punishable as doing the actual thing repeatedly.

Thanks for contacting me. Users I give timers to have either broken the Stream Rules or Terms of Use, Users I've stream banned in MSmg have broken the Stream Rules or Terms of Use many times.

The Terms of Use are broad and the people that run the site have confirmed many times that slurs and Terms abuse have no place on their site. They actually delete accounts for users that break the Terms of Use over and over.

You would think getting a timer would be an indication to reverse course, but a few users feel compelled to rush back up to the edge of the Terms, try to find out where the line is, post slurs, play word game with slurs, say their slur is a joke, say their slur is an experiment, etc, etc, etc.

I got 48 last year for posting "***** *****" - literally that, asterisks. The context was, I said something about "some people that are often oft derogatively referred to as ***** *****," but ironically, the term itself isn't exactly considered a slur in most circles. I do, however, consider it to be one, or close to it, and simply pointing that out got me the timer.
