Actually in the E. Jean Carroll case he was forced to make payments to the court and the court is holding the money until the appeals processes play out. So if he doesn't pay, the court is the one who takes action, not Carroll. The $5 million the court already has. Not sure the status of the other 2 since they are more recent judgements. He probably has a period of time beforethe court would find him in contempt for not following court orders.
