(Mind the spelling/stylization things. In writing it's called 'dialect,' and it's just how authors emphasize how certain characters speak. For example, you might write dialogue for a Southern character like so: "Well then, I'm inclined t'believe that you're gon' be gone 'fore he gets 'ere, but that's just my opinion.")
