What is UTTP?

They're mostly little kids of spam bots that say "My content is better than ___'s" or "L+ Ratio+ My content is better+ Don't care + Didn't ask". They mainly target youtubers like SMG4 and Danno. I saw them say that in MatPat's "Goodbye internet" video, and honestly it was just super disrespectful. I also heard they used to send death threats to gacha kids and hack their accounts. Istg YouTube rlly needs to handle this situation because its getting way too out of hand
