"stayed"
Yet no right of return for those who were forced out of their homes during the wars.
You know why? I mean other than other people - Eastern European people - occupying those homes?
More than half the population of Jordan are Palestinians that were forced out of their homes back then. Right now the entire Gaza Strip is being forced out of their homes, section by section. Because there's some underground tunnels under a hospital somewhere that Netanyahu is going to have his soldiers go shoot up the terrorists hiding in them one day on a day that is not yet today. But hey, he had a whole year to prepare for this, so I guess he knows what he's doing, right? He didn't sacrifice his own people for nothing, that man has a plan.
btw, Israeli Arabs aren't exactly treated as equal citizens, not even second class citizens (that would be the Sephardim), not even third class (that would be the Ethiopians). Want to know what it's like to have electricity turned off at dusk as well as your water? Go live in the Arab section of Jerusalem to find out. Want to know what it's like to get stopped, frisked, and ID'd all the time for just simply walking down the street shopping, working, walking? Want to take a guess who does know?
