Only the cabinet can invoke the 25th.
Doing so would ultimately give Republican Speaker of the House the tie breaking vote in the Senate as VP.
Don’t expect them to allow that. Also, they would not want a Republican VP in the WH watching the goings on of “handling” Biden.
The country is stuck with Joe until Jan 2025.
