No, I'm pretty sure it's federal. To be fair though, it's just basic gun safety to not handle it while intoxicated.

History shows the Second Amendment is not a very effective law for minorities, try the Japanese-Americans, I also don't recall many if any Second Amendment card carriers defending them when they were put in relocation camps, the law is heavily carried by quite biased people for the most part.

That is unfortunately true in the case of the Japanese, and that domestic ordeal as a whole was pretty unfair, but the Los Angeles Roof Koreans of the 1990's were completely based.

Also, it'd be great if there was somebody back in the 1940's to tell Japanese-Americans that if it's time to lose them, it's time to use them.

The Koreans were not a threat to the majority, you essentially have a right to guns, until it is an affront to the majorities identity. That logic applies to many aspects, not just guns, unfortunately.

It was an implication of shooting a home intruder in defense, and my cat licking and/or eating whatever chunks ended up on the floor and/or wall. Probably not a good idea, now that I think of it, there's a possibility those chunks may be contaminated with lead and/or heroin.
