I apologize for not commenting more recently when I visit, but I've been really busy recently. With the most recent thing being the Human Services Grant Program city staff not following up on grants, in one instance resulting in the homeless services provider not being able to reconcile their budget, general ledger and expenditures in the amount of 1.4 million dollars.

I'm glad that you are helping out with a check on services. That's the main problem with the Ukraine money. I'd bet that it's not all going to where it's supposed to.

I try to help. And you're right if only there was an independent audit on the funds sent to Ukraine, we'd probably see mismanagement of funding. Although personally I'd be interested in knowing if any of the munitions were sending are being sold.
