Now, I've heard of this gentleman. Never been a fan or a hater, just rather neutral, but he was quite popular when I was growing up. I believe he's a musician of sorts who did big tours and gigs where I grew up. That being said, despite never having experienced him in much of a way, he certainly has an electric personality and an attitude to rival some of the other figures drawn by this promising young lady. The spikes in Billy's perfectly styled hair and his icy glare perfectly capture what I assume to be his domineering showmanship and presence. Great job!
