The difference is that Hillary and other candidates before have honored the results of an election as a cornerstone of democracy. Trump has turned his loss into a fascist movement to serve his voracious ego and fill his empty soul while bringing down the nation's foundation. You can whine about your "stolen" election, but sensible people aren't buying it.
