every single part of Joe's struggling with this speech is sad, from imagining talking to dead French President to the part of their mocking retort "how long you back for?" Even the few times when Biden can read the teleprompter, his heavily reviewed speech is outrageously disconnected from reality and at best full of lies. The worst view of his state of dementia is when Joe gets lots in the teleprompter or goes "off script", then it's like staring into any abyss.
