If only the Shamrock shakes were sold all year long. In a way I think Shamrock shakes are sort of like the eggnog of McDonald's, the only differences are that Shamrock shakes are a St. Patrick's Day thing, eggnog is a Christmas thing, Shamrock shakes are something everyone likes and looks forward to, eggnog is something that some people like and some don't, I personally love eggnog, it's like liquid ice cream. Did you know that there are different flavors of eggnog? Including a pumpkin spice eggnog that's released in the fall. Here's an idea, how about a green mint eggnog foe St. Patrick's Day, although I really don't think that's something people would be inclined to buy nearly as much as the Shamrock shake. I do wish McDonald's would sell Shamrock shakes all year round, although I do understand why one would view a green St. Patrick's Day themed thing being available all year round as improper, it would be kind of weird to have a Shamrock shake in the Halloween and Christmas seasons but on the other hand, the Shamrock shake is a favorite among all McDonald's consumers and they would be very happy to have the shake anytime they want. I wonder if McDonald's tried that before and it didn't work, maybe that's why Shamrock shakes are only a St. Patrick's Day thing.
