I've legit gotten into arguments with ppl over which was worse between episodes 8 and 9

9 gets a pass from me bc I felt like with all its flaws it was tasked with the impossible task of trying to fix episode 8

Episode 8 just managed to self-nuke the entire franchise, and the director has literally said he thinks it's a sign of artistic creativity if half the audience walks out of the theater pissed off 💀
