for example during the year i try to relax thinking about nice things... like the Christmas or a new videogame. i'm everyday depressed, paranoid and with a lot of issues, but i try my best to fight them... try to do the same, just don't hide yourself, accept your pain and try to talk with someone in your family or with a therapist. my parents don't want me to consult a therapist, but you you might be lucky. sorry my broken english, i'm italian how i said...
