for example during the year i try to relax thinking about nice things... like the Christmas or a new videogame. i'm everyday depressed, paranoid and with a lot of issues, but i try my best to fight them... try to do the same, just don't hide yourself, accept your pain and try to talk with someone in your family or with a therapist. my parents don't want me to consult a therapist, but you you might be lucky. sorry my broken english, i'm italian how i said...

It's fine. And I don't want to talk to my parents. I have panic attacks at school a lot. The other day, my dad said that they're not panic attacks. His exact words were: "You're not hyperventilating and your heart isn't beating fast." But the thing is... that's exactly what happens. My mom seemed to agree. So I don't want to talk to them because I'm afraid they'll not take me seriously like most everyone else, even though this is very serious.

There are people faking thing on the net, which lead to a counter wave of "all of this is fake".

Nah panic attack are real. Why and when it happens can be really random. But if you got the symptoms, the best is to talk to someone you trust.
I swear, it makes all the difference. But you really have to trust this person, tell them you wanna talk and go in a place where you feel safe to talk about your feelings.
Just the fact that someone will listen will make you less anxious. It's a miracle that who tf just being listen makes someone feels good but somehow it works.

For example, if your mom seems to take it a bit seriously, you can talk to her and tell her that it's a secret you wanna share with her only :D
