The most important thing to say about two-spirit is that it is an identity of Native People. If you are a member of a tribe, you can call yourself this. We do have a problem with cultural appropriation, which is why I never made this a template myself. I'm not criticizing the one who did, this just needed to be said.
Two-spirit is an encompassing term incorporating various sexualities, romantic orientations, gender identities & dressing styles among other things. It's a big umbrella, more like GSRM than LGBTetc. Members of a village had to depend upon each other to survive, so we couldn't afford to make up reasons to divide ourselves. You must respect others, even if someone's way of being is different from most people. In fact, those who have the spiritual strength to go against norms can become religious leaders. i.e. many shamans are two-spirit, like me.
