On a semi-related side note, I was just watching a docu on PBS about Little Richard, and of course every little thing he keeps yapping about how he was the originator and everybody stole whatever from him and blah blah blah and blah blah blah, and each time he said this I kept yelling, "ESQUERITA!" because, ironically, and for those who don't know, Esquerita was Little Richard before Little Richard was Little Richard. Totally ripped him off, from hair and makeup to piano stylings to all them whoots.

tbf, Esquerita himself always denied that, saying that they were really just contemporaries, friendly competition, they got past whatever friction was between them, that type of thing. But he was just being humble, whereas Richard was taking credit for everybody else for what he himself had stolen.

Anyways, after hating on Richard for an hour a half, I find out at the end that he actually had passed away in 2020, and I didn't even know about it. And now I kind of feel bumbed.

I used to be a fan when I was a younger Modda, but his musical chairs with with his "Rock and Roll" originator, then Rock and Roll is a sin, then guess what folks, he's of whatever orientation, then he's a preacher, then he's a Rock and Roller again, then it's a sin again, and yadda yadda yadda repeat plus I had also found out about the Esquerita thing in a nice big article in a fanzine whose name I forget, I got turned off by the '80s.

And that is that.

You're forgetting the intersex people. There are 3 sexes. Gender is a whole other story
Sex is the anatomical features and sexual reproductive organs, and the XX/XY chromosomes. There are 3. Male, female, and the combination of the two, known as intersex.
Gender is psychological and a social construct. Gender is how people want to express themselves in relation to the gender norms in our society.

I really don't think you realized how this would be interpreted

Is that right?
Why don't you share the realization of YOUR interpretation?

The gif appears as you going insane at the sight of the trans flag. the message you were likely trying to get across could've been done better with the original unmodified gif and some text.

Yes, that is YOUR interpretation...

The text, I felt wasn't necessary...our character in the "straight" jacket represents the heterosexual male driven to insanity in a world (asylum) of ideological madness that demands acceptance.

I thought the "straight" jacket would've given it away, but unfortunately it does not for a particular minority.

Glad the community is driving you homophobes/transphobes to the brink of insanity. :)

There are TWO sexes, both which you named: female and male.

All people are in effect, intersex, as they share most of the saying basic hardware, only with some more and some less developed depending on sexual identity.
Granted, there are a few minor differences, for example, males don't have uteruses and ovaries, and they produce their estrogen by conversion of testosterone in the brain. But they do have nipples and areola and p**ises and clitorises look very similar except for size because they originated as the same organ.

Likewise with gender. Aside from the plethora of newfangled ones that to date no one has really bothered to define, there is female and there is male. The so-called other genders are just gradients in between.
Sure, some places have long histories of what we now call a "third sex," such as Palau, India, and the indigenous in the Americas, but the reality is those are just feminized men in terms of dress and behavior.
