Yes, I read about it; and there needs to be some sort of legal recourse against these blatantly politically partisan leftist judges pulling these totally unconstitutional decisions out of their rump-holes. It's not enough to routinely overturn their decisions by a higher court. It should not be happening in the first place. They need to be removed from the bench to show other leftist judges that -- there WILL be legal consequences.
