Reversal of designating Houthis terrorists...

The Saudi (US/UK/Israeli) Campaign against the Houthis FAILED. All they managed to do was kill hundreds of thousands of civilians with bombing, famine and disease. At some point the UN started to speak up, about the totally illegal warfare and humanitarian disaster. I think the Biden Junta decided that was a fire to put out. The Houthis never did anything to justify the designation - and removing it probably made getting humanitarian aid to them easier.

With the rising influence of Iran, China and Russia in the area, they probably worried about the diplomatic consequences - once the Houthis had won the war.
