You misinterpreting the meaning of “form” in the context of that paragraph. They mean form of government….not a government form, i.e. Form 4473 or Form 1042.

I was not implying form from the previous paragraph! I was pretty much stating there are forms and fees for everything in our Government! There legitimately has to be a overthrow the Government form right? Like Form number USA1776-2?

I hear, "to protect America's interests", every time, but no articulation of what those interests consist.

What is/are the American interest(s) being protected by encouraging and funding the hostilities in Ukraine?
