No you don't Uni... Covid can't kill you on it's own but it basically disables your immune system, if you get even a little sick while you have Covid, you are 100% dead.

Sorry, just be careful with it, I'm not sure if it's actually true that another disease combined with covid is guaranteed death, but I've heard that Covid does disable your immune system or atleast severely weaken it, I've never had Covid myself so I'm only assuming, but I wouldn't risk it.
