Update: I got an explanation on anxiety by an expert who came at school for a conference.
As I understood it, it's the fact that you have emotional reactions at random because of too much stress, even if there's not any anticipation of a stressful even in the immediate.
One cool thing to do is like... respiration ?
I don't think I taught you anything new, or idk I heard alot about this exercise. Just close your eyes and focus on your respiration, without altering it. Just do this for whatever time you need, and you'll feel better afterwards.
Imo, works pretty well, but I just never think about it on the moment.
