Biden is not trustworthy. The bill Dems are offering would codify the crossing of 5,000 illegals/day. “Shutting down the border” does not stop them from coming across the border, but means delaying the asylum seekers from entry. The migration organizers would just shift the illegals to become UNLIMITED “asylum seekers”.
